Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute is considered fraudulent. Any chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Kaos Services services. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover losses caused by fraudulent chargebacks.
By using our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaos Services, its owners, operators, and developers from any and all claims, damages, losses, legal fees, or other expenses arising from your use of our software or violation of these terms.
