1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, opening, or using any Kaos Services product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use our products.

2. Use at Your Own Risk — No Liability for Game Bans

Kaos Services products are third-party tools. Use of these products may break the rules, Terms of Service, or End User License Agreement of the games or platforms they interact with. You purchase and use all products entirely at your own risk.

Kaos Services assumes zero liability for consequences including, but not limited to:

  • Temporary or permanent account bans
  • Hardware ID or device bans
  • IP address bans
  • Loss of game accounts, skins, currency, progress, or access
  • Legal action from game developers, publishers, or platforms
  • Penalties caused by anti-cheat systems or platform moderation

You acknowledge that detection risk can change at any time without warning.

3. No Warranty — “As Is” Basis

All products are provided strictly “as is” without any warranty, promise, or guarantee. We do not guarantee that our products will be undetected, uninterrupted, compatible with future game updates, or free from errors. Functionality can change at any time due to updates outside our control.

4. All Sales Final — No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital goods, no refund will be issued once a license key, file, download, or access credential has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Account bans or suspensions
  • Detection by anti-cheat or platform systems
  • Inability to use the product on your system
  • Game updates that temporarily or permanently affect functionality

5. Personal Use Only — No Redistribution

All licenses purchased from Kaos Services are for personal, single-user use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, leak, crack, transfer, or modify our files, keys, loaders, or access credentials. Violating this rule may result in immediate license termination without refund and a permanent ban from Kaos Services.

6. Support and Updates

Kaos Services may provide support through Discord or other official support channels. Updates are provided at our discretion. We are not required to maintain support for discontinued products, outdated game versions, unsupported systems, or users who violate our rules.

7. License Termination

Kaos Services may suspend or terminate your license, account access, or support access at any time if you violate these terms, abuse support staff, attempt chargebacks, share private files, or misuse our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

Kaos Services may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
